They shall have the right to attend and speak at all General Meetings of the Foundation as well as to vote at any such meetings. Sister Rose Duchesne went to God on the morning of 22 Feburary in the Motherhouse, New York. May we remember Sister as the elegant and loving Sister that loves the School and all former students. Trailblazers in Habit, Hong Kong Premiere (October 5, 2013)The Hong Kong Premiere of Trailblazers in Habits – a documentary of the Maryknoll Sisters’ works in the last century around the world - took place in the Auditorium of Kowloon Bay Trade and exhibition Centre with resounding applause. Many of the audience were genuinely touched by the Sisters’ selfless sacrifices. Both ‘Meet the Sisters’ sessions saw a lot of participation from among the floor with former students and parents chatting in rapture with the Sisters on stage. MCS Foundation Annual General Meeting (October 19, 2013)The Foundation AGM was successfully conducted on 19 October, 2013 (Saturday) with nearly 90 members in attendance. There was a brief presentation of the Schools' activities by the Supervisors of the two sections. Chairperson also presented her Chairman's report which showed that it has actually been a busy and fruitful year for the Foundation as well. |
