Francisca is a Maryknoll graduate of Class of 1992. She joined Maryknoll at K3 and studied through to Form 7. After completing her studies, she pursued legal education at the University of Hong Kong and earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Tsinghua University. With prior experience as a corporate lawyer at an international law firm, she now serves as a securities regulator.

Currently, Francisca holds the position of Vice-Chairperson at the Maryknoll Medical and Welfare Association Limited and serves as a board member of Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital Limited.

As a Councillor, she aspires to give back to her alma mater, drawing on her legal training and professional experience to contribute to the Foundation’s operations.
