Isabelle Young, a 1970 Maryknoll graduate, received her Higher Diploma in Company Secretaryship and Administrator from the Hong Kong Polytechnic.

Isabelle has been in the public accounting field specializing in taxation (Hong Kong, PRC and US) for 37 years. She started her professional career with Arthur Andersen & Co and was made a partner in 1989. In 1999, Isabelle was made the Head of Tax of the Hong Kong office of Arthur Andersen & Co. until its merger with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong and China in 2002 with which she retired at the end of June 2012.

She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and associate member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (UK).

Isabelle is an active member of Zonta Club of Kowloon and is currently serving as its second Vice President. She is a member of the Hong Kong Women Professional and Entrepreneur Association. She is also serving as an Executive member of the Maryknoll Convent School Foundation.

Now that Isabelle is retired, she would like to spend her time in giving back to Society especially Maryknoll.
